What is wine, how is it made and what does it contain, sensory exercises, how to observe, smell and taste wine and then describe your impressions. How to define the wine you like.

Seminar objective: Systematic approach to the world of wine; more conscious and independent handling of wines with the aim of acquiring a broad knowledge base.

Target group: Beginners and wine lovers alike, who want to understand the world of wine.

Group size: Up to 19 participants

What we offer: Sparkling wine to start, then four international white wines, as well as four international red wines of very different personalities, a tasty French tarte in the break, water, bread and needless to say, comprehensive documentation.
